With the v2.0.0 firmware update, Limbo Reverb's tone has been completely refreshed. If you've updated, you already know.
Here are a few go-to parameter settings to help you instantly unlock and experience the beauty of these brand-new sounds.

Tide Mode | Fluid Tide
Triggered by simple arpeggios, Tide mode weaves rolling natural waves behind your dry signal. It delivers a cinematic, dynamic undercurrent perfect for ambient and Post-rock passages.
Vast & Transparent Space: High Bright and Size settings create an expansive, airy deep-sea soundstage, providing the perfect backdrop for the surging tides.
Crisp Transient Retention: The tide acts as an independent background layer. It preserves your physical transients, ensuring every picked note remains sharp and distinct against the fluid textures.
Textured Tidal Swells: The Texture parameter shapes the physical grit of the waves. It injects dense acoustic friction, driving the swells to follow your decay with a vivid, cyclical breathing rhythm.

Tide Mode in Acoustic Guitar | Blue Tide
Let your acoustic arpeggios drift into a melancholic, romantic ocean. Powered by Tide mode, these settings wrap natural wood tones in gentle, rolling waves of reverberation.
Vast Coastline: A maxed-out Size builds a boundless spatial backdrop. Slightly boosted Bright preserves crisp acoustic picking, keeping the expansive soundstage clear and transparent.
Rolling Waves: A moderately high Texture activates the signature wave-like modulation. Restrained Decay allows trails to swell and recede naturally, never muddying your acoustic transients.
Romantic Immersion: A slightly pushed Mix blends dry wood tones seamlessly with the wet signal. It washes melancholic progressions in an oceanic atmosphere while maintaining intimate warmth.

Hazy Mode | Psychedelic Fog
Transform simple arpeggios into a lush ambient pad. Powered by Hazy mode, these settings provide an immersive backdrop for Dream Pop and ambient music.
Dark & Dense Space: Lowering the Bright and Size parameters compresses the reverb into a tight, dark, and lingering sonic fog.
Seamless Pad Envelopes: A high Mix ratio deeply coats the dry signal, allowing disjointed notes to quickly merge into a continuous, enveloping wall of sound.
Weightless Textures: A lower Texture setting triggers a subtle, modulated grit. It injects a signature weightless and dreamy vibe into static chord progressions.

Spring Mode | Pulp Surf
Showcasing the rebuilt 3-Spring model, these settings go beyond the vintage drip to highlight physical spring collisions, delivering a rigid, dynamic backbone for Surf Rock.
Metallic Splash: Maxed-out Bright and moderate Size enhance the physical texture. Hard picking triggers prominent metallic crashes and splashes, restoring authentic mechanical dynamics.
Overdriven Edge: A wetter Mix and engaged Texture push feedback toward the edge of overdrive. This injects physical tension and raw mechanical grit into the fundamental tone.
Cavernous Aftershock: An extended Decay draws out a massive, splashing tail. It ensures high-density tremolo picking rides a continuous, roaring wave of spring reverberation rather than cutting off sharply.

Swell Mode | Ambient Bloom
Driven by Swell mode's unique Volume Envelope, these settings erase the initial pick attack. Notes rise like a slow bloom, providing a breathing, dynamic pad.
Hidden Transients: A high Mix and long Decay push the pick attack into the background. Notes swell smoothly along the reverb trail, creating a connected, bowed-instrument-like volume climb.
Vast & Transparent Space: A large Size builds an expansive soundstage, while a boosted Bright retains high frequencies. This keeps the swelling reverb clear and articulate without muddying.
Psychedelic Textures: A noon-set Texture introduces steady modulation. It injects gentle movement and a drifting psychedelic vibe into the trails, adding vivid acoustic depth to sustained notes.

Shimmer Mode | Breathing Aura
Slow down your picking to experience the optimized Shimmer algorithm. It transforms your guitar into an ambient synthesizer, cloaking sustained notes in a lush, vocal octave reverb.
Lush & Deep Space: Lowering Bright rolls off high frequencies, smoothing harsh octave edges. A maxed-out Size and solid low-end build a deep, enveloping spatial outline.
Vocal Dynamics: A higher Texture activates randomized "breathing" modulation. The overtone layer responds to your dynamics, producing natural swells reminiscent of a human voice.
Controlled Decay: A high Mix and generous Decay significantly extend the trails. Rebuilt feedback logic keeps the high-frequency loop perfectly stable, avoiding harsh digital oscillation.

Plate Mode | Lush Plate
Experience excellent 3D imaging for slow arpeggios. These settings leverage the redesigned Plate algorithm to immerse clean notes in a smooth metallic reverberation, revealing lush emotional tension.
3D Early Reflections: Centered Size and balanced Bright recreate a clear acoustic space. Rebuilt Early Reflections guarantee highly 3D note placement, banishing flat dry signals.
Creamy Trails: A balanced Mix preserves your attack, while boosted Decay provides massive sustain. Increased trail density transforms the typical thin plate into a thick, creamy texture.
Nostalgic Textures: A higher Texture injects distinct modulation. This drifting movement adds slight instability, coloring the trails with a melancholic, Emo-nostalgic vibe.

Church Mode | Concrete Dome
Construct a minimalist acoustic landscape resembling a modern concrete dome. Powered by the Church algorithm's linear extension, these settings deliver clean, vast hang time for arpeggios.
Vast & Restrained Space: Expanded spatial settings build a massive dome-like reverberation. Taming high frequencies rolls off digital edges and eliminates cluttered reflections, keeping the vast soundstage clean and restrained.
Smooth Texture Blending: A higher Texture softens early reflections and picking transients. Independent notes escape mechanical stacking, smoothly blending and washing together to enhance phrase continuity.
Linear Tail Control: Generous Decay injects stable lingering sustain. Controlled internal feedback keeps stacked trails mud-free. Even after playing stops, aftershocks maintain a natural pulse and smooth linear extension.

Hall Mode | British Crisp
Wrap clean guitars in a tight, 80s Brit-style reverb. Powered by the Hall algorithm's transient response, these settings highlight acoustic tension in small spaces, perfect for palm mutes and staccato playing.
Tight Reflections: Lower Size and short Decay compress a vast hall into a tight space. High-density early reflections enhance your attack, and rapid decay ensures transients never drag.
Dark & Warm Blending: Lowering Bright rolls off high frequencies, delivering a dark, warm undertone. A higher Mix creates a smooth envelope that softens harsh edges and completely avoids mud.
Subtle Chorus Textures: A centered Texture injects slight modulation. This subtle pitch-shifting adds a chorus-like drift, bringing vivid analog warmth to a crisp digital space.

Room Mode | Raw Canvas
Delivering a highly live acoustic envelope, these settings inject the authentic, high-reflectivity feedback of a rehearsal room into dynamic-heavy styles like Blues.
Compact & Bright Space: Restrained Size and Decay simulate bright, rigid physical reflections. It removes reverb drag, delivering the snappy, transparent room vibe of classic records.
3D Dry Support: A moderate Mix preserves your pick attack and transient punch. It provides lateral acoustic support, making the dry signal highly three-dimensional within the tight space.
Smooth Dynamic Feedback: A balanced Texture softens the harsh edges of bright spaces. It gives reflections a natural breathing quality, smoothly extending subtle dynamic shifts to enrich raw Blues grooves.
