# Warranty Coverage
  • The warranty is one year from the date of original purchase.

  • Warranty services for certain specific markets are subject to the warranty policy of local distributor.

# What’s Covered
  • Products purchased through legitimate authorized channels and within the warranty period that are damaged due to non-human and non-force majeure causes.

  • During the product warranty period, we recommend that you prioritize contacting the seller or local distributor. To ensure that you can enjoy warranty services, please provide valid product invoice or receipt, product serial number, and detailed product problem descriptions.

# What’s Not Covered
  • Second-hand products or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.​

  • The serial number of the product or the invoice/receipt of the product has been altered, deleted, crossed out, or torn.

  • Damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit, impact from hard objects or damage to external components as a result of negligence.

  • Damage due to liquid contamination.

  • Damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for.

  • Any unit that has been repaired or had an attempted repair made to it by unauthorized personnel.

  • Damage due to incorrect connection, connection to faulty equipment or connection to faulty or incorrect power supplies.

  • Damage in transit as a result of inadequate packaging or protection.

  • Damage due to force majeure,such as earthquake, fire, lightning, flood, hurricane and so on.

# How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues with your Klowra Pedal, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at service@klowra.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue.

  • Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation to verify the date of purchase.​

  • Return Instructions: Our team will provide instructions for returning the product. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during shipping.

# After-Sales Service

Our customer support team is here to assist you throughout the lifetime of your product. Whether you need help with troubleshooting, feature requests, or product repairs, we offer continuous support after the warranty period ends. Service fees may apply for out-of-warranty repairs.

# Repairs and Replacements

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the product at no charge, or Replace the product with a new or equivalent one (at Klowra's discretion).

# Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. The warranty does not extend to any damage caused by using the product in conjunction with other equipment or accessories not designed for use with Klowra Pedals.

# Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Klowra prides itself on fast and efficient lead times. Orders will usually ship within 3-5 business days once an order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be available and emailed to you once the item has shipped.

Customers can generally expect to receive their products within 5 to 15 business days.

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before a shipping label has been created. We cannot cancel an order after a label has been created. If you wish to cancel after the order has already been shipped, you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. Refunds are provided for returned items only.

Under no circumstances can an address be changed once a shipping label has been created.

Methods of Shipping

Purchases shipped via ground delivery will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes are not eligible for shipments.

We typically use the following delivery services: DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

For more information on your shipping status, you may check your order status anytime.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Klowra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, shipping,etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We can ship to the following countries and areas: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan and the European Union.
