Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Dive Pitch Shifter by Klowra.

Dive Pitch Shifter : Reshaping tonal gravity with a Dragon’s breath.

Dive combines ultra-fast polyphonic pitch shifting, dual drop-tune presets, and expressive glide control in a compact performance-focused pedal. As a dual pitch shifting and A/B drop tune pedal built for down-tuning, it is designed to push your live performance into deeper dimensions.

Within this beast lies a 8ms low latency polyphonic tracking algorithm. It rigorously protects your tone and dynamics, preserving the raw acoustic texture of your instrument even when tracking cleanly across an extended pitch range of up to three octaves down. With "Tight" and "Sub" dual-algorithms, you can choose between high-end "wood and air" clarity or massive, synth-like sub-bass. The unique A/B pitch switching function then allow a single tap to toggle between dual drop settings, allowing for instant retuning without changing guitars.

Leave bulky expression pedals behind. The unique built-in Glide effect lets you precisely control the trajectory of attack/release pitch speed. Combined with flexible momentary/ latching switch logic, it unleashes a high-tension virtual whammy bar on fixed-bridge guitars. Whether for down-tuned chunk riffs or thunderous dive bomb simulator effects, Dive Pitch Shifter infuses your fingertips with the aggressive modern pitch effects through its expression-pedal-free dive bomb and glide effects.

Controls

Controls

DROP A/B

Select pitch interval for DROP A / DROP B.

Note: When set to the Uni (Unison) position, turning the MIX knob to 12 o'clock yields a chorus-like detune effect.

MIX

Adjust the blend of dry and wet signals.

GLIDE ATK

Adjust the attack time when engaging the effect, and the attack time for pitch gliding.

GLIDE RLS(Button)

Holding the button while rotating the GLIDE ATK knob to set the Glide Release time.

Adjust the release time when engaging the effect, and the release time for pitch

switching. The LED flashes yellow rapidly to confirm the adjustment.

Footswitch

A multi-function footswitch used to engage/bypass the pedal, or seamlessly   transition between DROP A and DROP B. See the Toggle Switch for detailed

operation modes.

Toggle Switch

The toggle switch determines the transition between DROP A and DROP B, and

defines the footswitch operation logic.

  • L - Latch Mode

Press the footswitch to turn the effect on or off. Holding the footswitch to switch between DROP A and DROP B.

  • A/B - A/B Mode

Press the footswitch turns the effect on, or toggles between DROP A and DROP B if the effect is already active. Holding turns it off.

  • M - Momentary Mode

When the effect is off, holding the footswitch momentarily engages the effect. When the effect is on, holding the footswitch momentarily turns it off.

Indicator LED

The LED color indicates the currently active mode: White for DROP A , and Purple for DROP B. By default, the pedal engages in DROP A. In bypass, the LED is off.

9V DC

Connect to a 9V DC power supply with a center-negative polarity and a minimum current rating of 150mA.

Note: If the power supply is insufficient, the pedal may malfunction.

IN L (Mono)

1/4" mono (TS) unbalanced left input for mono setups.

OUT L (Mono)

1/4" mono (TS) unbalanced left output for mono setups.

CTRL

3.5mm TS input for connecting an external footswitch.

Note: This input recognizes momentary TS footswitch signals. The function of the external footswitch changes depending on the Toggle Switch position:

  • L (Latch Mode): Toggles between DROP A and DROP B.

  • A/B Mode: Turns the effect on or off (Bypass).

  • M (Momentary Mode): Momentarily toggles between DROP A and DROP B while the effect is active.

Power-Up Modes

Power-Up Modes

How To enter Power-Up Modes:

Press & hold the footswitch while powering on the pedal. A flashing LED indicates successful entry. Once your settings are configured, press the footswitch again to exit Power-Up Modes.

In this mode, you can adjust the following settings:

Bypass Modes

Switch between modes by short-press the VOICE button.

  • True Bypass

The signal is routed directly through the pedal with no buffering or coloration.

  • Green LED flashes to indicate True Bypass mode.

  • Buffered Bypass

The signal is routed through a buffer with Analog Dry Through, allowing delay trails to continue after the effect is bypassed.

Red LED flashes to indicate Buffered Bypass mode.

"Tight" & "Sub" Dual-Algorithms

This pedal features two distinct processing modes tailored for different sonic foundations, selectable by rotating the MIX knob.

- Turn fully left for "Tight" (LED flashes yellow 3x).
        - Turn fully right for "Sub" (LED flashes blue 3x).

  • Tight (Guitar-centric):

Specifically voiced to preserve the "wood and air" of your original tone, maintaining high-end definition and note separation without muddy low-mid    build-up.

  • Sub (Bass-centric):

Provides a classic frequency response optimized for bass-heavy requirements or synth-like sub-octaves, ensuring pristine high-fidelity tone even in the deepest registers.

LED Brightness

Adjust by rotating the SPEED knob.

- Turn fully left for dimmest.
- Turn fully right for brightest.
